Optimization of the Composition of Cement Pastes Using Combined Additives of Alumoferrites and Gypsum in Order to Increase the Durability of Concrete

The reliability of concrete structures is closely related to the durability materials stable under external environmental conditions. present study aimed at analysing effect a prospective hardening additive containing calcium alumoferrites and sulfate (AFCS) as substitute (5–15%) for Portland cement. hardened cement pastes were characterized by water absorption, shrinkage, strength corrosion resistance. It was shown that replacing part with AFCS results in an increase fine-grained resistance grade concrete. use mixed cements reduces shrinkage stone, resulting shrinkage-free concretes. increased paste caused chemical (saturation) equilibrium between corrosive medium stone.
